Rock slope stabilization is the foundation of what we do. We assess, design, and execute stabilization programs that arrest slope movement, reduce rockfall hazard, and protect the infrastructure below. Our integrated approach means we can deliver every element of a stabilization program without handing off to another contractor.

Some of the most hazardous material on a slope can only be reached by people, not machines. Our crews are trained and certified in high-angle rope access techniques, allowing us to safely scale, remove, and treat unstable rock in terrain where conventional equipment simply cannot go. A dedicated high-angle rope rescue team is maintained on site throughout operations.

We carry out precision controlled blasting for rock removal, slope preparation, and hazard mitigation. Our blasting programs are designed to achieve the required result while minimizing vibration and impact to surrounding structures, infrastructure, and sensitive environments. Techniques include trim blasting, pre-shearing, and cushion blasting depending on site requirements.

Rock anchors and soil nails are the backbone of most slope stabilization systems. We drill and install high-capacity DCP thread bar anchors, tensioned and tested to precise lock-off loads, as well as soil nail systems for reinforcing soil slopes and constructing shotcrete anchor walls. Our Klemm 806 drill rigs allow us to install anchors in locations and orientations that other equipment cannot reach.

Shotcrete provides structural facing for soil nail walls, rock faces, and exposed slopes. We apply shotcrete to engineered specifications, working from detailed rebar designs and in combination with welded wire mesh to deliver durable, long-term surface stabilization. We have delivered shotcrete walls and anchor systems in some of BC's most constrained construction environments.

Where active rockfall poses an ongoing risk to roads, railways, or structures, we design and install protection systems that intercept or contain falling material before it reaches critical infrastructure. Systems include attenuator fences, draped slope mesh, TECCO and DELTAX mesh wrap, barrier fencing, and rock bolting programs.

Our drilling fleet operates effectively in steep, remote, and technically challenging terrain. We carry out investigation drilling, drainage hole installation, and ground support drilling for geotechnical programs across BC. Our equipment and crew are experienced in working adjacent to active roadways, railways, and marine environments under strict safety protocols.

For sites requiring structural retaining solutions, we construct shotcrete soil nail anchor walls and mechanically stabilized earth walls. These systems are delivered to full engineering specification and have been used on highway corridors, residential developments, and infrastructure projects across the province. We work within constrained footprints, including beneath existing structures and on active corridors.
