WHO WE ARE

BC's specialist in slope stabilization and ground support

When a slope fails, the stakes are high. Roads close, infrastructure is at risk, and the window to respond is short. Dynamite Construction has been the trusted call for BC's most technically demanding stabilization work since 2015.

We work directly with the Ministry of Transportation, Parks Canada, municipalities, and major civil contractors to deliver drilling, blasting, anchoring, shotcrete, and rockfall protection across British Columbia. Our team brings over 30 years of combined experience to every project, and our specialized equipment fleet lets us operate safely in terrain where others can't.

From planned stabilization programs to emergency response, we show up prepared, execute with precision, and deliver results that hold.

WHAT WE DO

Our services

A complete range of slope stabilization and ground support services — one team, full accountability, start to finish.

Rock slope stabilization

Full-scope stabilization programs that arrest slope movement and protect infrastructure below, delivered from assessment through to final anchor.

High-angle rope access and rock scaling

Certified rope access crews working safely on vertical and near-vertical faces where conventional equipment cannot reach.

Controlled blasting

Precision trim blasting, pre-shearing, and cushion blasting designed to achieve exact results while protecting surrounding structures and sensitive environments.

Rock anchors and soil nailing

High-capacity DCP thread bar anchors and soil nail systems tensioned and tested to precise lock-off loads using our specialized Klemm drill rigs.

Shotcrete application

Structural shotcrete facing applied to engineered specifications for soil nail walls, rock faces, and exposed slopes requiring long-term surface stabilization.

Rockfall protection systems

Attenuator fences, TECCO and DELTAX mesh, rock bolting, and barrier fencing installed to intercept falling material before it reaches roads or structures.

Geotechnical drilling

Investigation drilling, drainage hole installation, and ground support drilling in steep and remote terrain, including adjacent to active roadways and rail corridors.

Emergency response and hazard mitigation

Rapid mobilization for active slope failures and rockfall events. We've reopened closed highways for the Ministry of Transportation and Parks Canada across BC.

FEATURED PROJECTS

Work we're proud of

Over 15 featured projects spanning highway corridors, national parks, marine environments, and active rail lines across BC and Alberta.
